There are many highly valuable tracking functions and management features that can be found within our Administrative Report options. For proprietary reasons, we can only share one of these reports with you publicly.
Agency Pool Labor Distribution Report
This report displays a list of a facility's pool nurses and/or others workers' regular hours worked, regular pay, and overtime hours worked during a given pay period (please see example below). It also provides a subtotal for each agency charge that can be compared to the Agency Invoice to generate a grand total for the pay period. In addition, each report contains the budgeted amount for agency pool employees, the amount used for the current pay period, and the amount of budget funds remaining. The report can be printed on demand.
Employee Hire Date Report
The Employee Hire Date Report provides a list of employee hire dates by month and can easily be printed on demand as needed for insurance companies or other human resource requirements.
Scheduled Overtime Cost Report
The Scheduled Overtime Cost Report displays a departmental list of employees who have been scheduled to work overtime in an upcoming pay period. The companion piece, or "Scheduled Underutilized Report" (not presented here), is used to shift overtime hours to underutilized employees when job titles and experience are compatible. Note that employees who log on with administrative privileges are able to see the Overtime, Hours, and Cost columns. Those who log on as a scheduler can only view the Overtime and Hours columns.
