Ball Research, Inc. offers the following introductory offer to new clients who would like to try the BALL PROGRAMS in their facility on their in-house server. The offer is as follows:

Free six-months Evaluation License Agreement with no obligation to extend or renew the arrangement. The Evaluation License Agreement will require that your facility have Internet access and some employees with basic computer skills, including the ability to use the Internet and unzip and install zipped files.

• The ability to enter into our full license agreement after the six month Evaluation License Agreement expires without losing data and information you have input into the system during the six month trial period.
  
  A Service Agreement for the BALL PROGRAMS that can be developed during our Free Consultation period.
  
  Free facility setup for the program and entry of the employees' and residents' critical data to get the program up and running at your facility. Note: Employee and resident data is received and entered under Ball Research, Inc. CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT. A copy of the Confidentiality Agreement is available for review upon request.
  
  Licensees are also eligible to participate in our lucrative Referral Incentive Program. For more information on the additional benefits provided by this program, please contact us.
  
  
• The terms set forth in this term sheet are non-binding. The parties will enter into definitive license agreements pursuant to which Ball Research will license you the BALL PROGRAMS.
